Happy Birthday iHomeEducator®, Inc.
Happy Birthday iHomeEducator®, Inc. !
What a year it has been for us!!
Looking back we have learned so much and built so many relationships with partners, customers, prospects, teachers, and families. Thank you all for being a part of iHomeEducator, Inc. and our journey. We cannot believe that it has been a year when we decided to take on the challenge set before us. Year 2010 ended with IEAR.org recognizing our efforts with iLiveMath and iLiveGrammar. This was very special and we thank everyone for this recognition. We set our sights on partners, productivity, and more educational apps as our vision and goal for 2011 and beyond.

iLive Problem with Videos
All,
Just wanted to let all our users know that there are some issues with the videos hanging the app on an iPhone or iPod Touch. It seems to work fine on the iPad. We are in the process of fixing this. It had to do with iOS 5 and also the new way Youtube embeds videos using iframe. These changes complicated the debugging process but now we should have a fix.
It will just take us a little time to get through all the iLive apps and check each video to clean up this problem.
Thanks for your patience.
Andy

Troubleshooting and Support: Multitasking
Apple has a great support page for users that have problems with their apps. Symptoms are crashing, black/white screens, etc... Sometimes apps will run into memory limits on the devices if other apps are still occupying resources.
